Citrus Medica selektion (Zedrat) Farfalla
This specialty from southern Italy is only available in limited quantities. The essential oil is pressed from the peel of giant zedrat lemons, otherwise best known as candied fruit for baked goods. The scent is reminiscent of lemon and a little bit of bergamot. The properties of the essential oil are comparable to the fragrance of lemon: refreshing, invigorating and uplifting.
