What gives you energy and what eats energy? Frank Vitality, the latest game from publisher Open Up, challenges the players to work with the theme of life force or vitality while paying attention to themselves and each other.

Vitality says something about your physical, mental and emotional balance. It indicates how fit, energetic and resilient you are in life. How comfortable are you in your skin?

This game with more than 100 questions and assignments gives you and your fellow players new insights, understanding, inspiration, relaxation, energy and above all a lot of fun together! You take turns drawing a card with a question or assignment like:

• How much energy do you have left after an average day at work or school? What do you prefer to do afterwards to recharge and what does that get you?

• How optimistic or pessimistic are you? And how does your attitude to life affect your vitality?

• Assignment for everyone! Shake it. Everyone stand up and first shake your left leg, then your right leg, your buttocks, your left arm, your right arm, your chest, your shoulders, your head and then your whole body. This is allowed with sound! How loose did you go?
